Interesting story and I am wondering if this is why sites like http://www.pawsitesonline.com and other sites have crashed and if Google is treating this as duplicate content.

During the last upgrade Google did on Jaunary 15th and forward it seems to have been a huge problem with web sites being hijacked by a University computer, and that Google has been penalizing web sites thinking it is a duplicate problem.
